WHAT:  Twin Lakes Thunder Rally
WHEN:   October 24-27, 2018

Admission to the event is FREE to the public.

DEADLINE FOR VENDOR SPACE:  The deadline for us to receive your final payment is Sept. 20, 2018, by 4:00 PM.  If we have not received your total payment by Sept.20, 2018 we will resell your vendor space.

REFUNDS: If you pay for a vendor space and find you are unable to attend the rally, and if you notify us prior to Oct. 1, 2018, in writing, we will refund your full vendor fee within 30 days after the end of the event.  If you notify us Oct. 1, 2018, or later you will not be entitled to a refund of any of your paid vendor fees.  Note:  No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

WEATHER: Twin Lakes Thunder is an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine.  We try not to leave anything to chance at the event, unfortunately, the one thing we do not have control over is the weather.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: The following items can NOT be displayed, sold or dispersed: Firearms (knives are OK), pornography of any kind, controlled substances of any kind, drug-related paraphernalia, and offensive and/or profane items. Prostitution and gambling of any kind are strictly prohibited. TLT board members have the sole authority to determine if a vendor has violated this policy, and if it is concluded this policy has been violated, the vendor will be removed for the remainder of the event without the refund of any of the vendor payment.


REMEMBER: TLT reserves the right to refuse (prior to) or remove during the event any vendor whose products, intentions, or attitudes are not compatible with the family-oriented nature of the Twin Lakes Thunder event.  Offensive merchandise will result in vendor(s) being removed from the event without refunds.  Please discuss any questionable items in advance.

ELECTRICITY: Provided (limited) depending on location.  Please supply your power cords.

WATER: Provided (limited) depending on location.

SALES TAX:  Vendors will be responsible for paying any and all applicable state sales tax.

PARKING:  Limited parking is available and is first come first serve.

VENDOR FEES:  The price is $100.00 per 10’x10’ space. For multiple 10’x10’ spaces, it will be $100.00 for the 1st space and $25.00 for each additional space.

SET UP AND TEAR DOWN FOR ALL VENDORS:  All vendors will be responsible for set up and tear down of their own displays.  Set up will start Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2018, at 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All Vendors must be set up Friday by Noon. All Vendor vehicles must be out of the vendor area by NOON>

TEAR DOWN Absolutely no vendor or non-profit are allowed to tear down before 11:30 PM on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019!! NO EXCEPTIONS!  This is for safety purposes.  By signing this agreement, and sending in full payment, or non-profit acceptance you/your or business/organization agrees to all rules and regulation of this entire event.  Especially the setup, tear, down, & trash rules.

TRASH: Trash cans will be provided throughout the event. Each vendor is responsible for their own trash.  Each vendor must collapse all boxes and dispose of their trash.

EVENT, NAME, LOGO, & ARTWORK: The event name, Twin Lakes Thunder as well as the logo is trademarked. Any unauthorized use of the trademark, which includes altering the official logo or using the name, Twin Lakes Thunder in any form will result in immediate confiscation of items, and merchandise will not be returned.

PROBLEMS: If you have any problems or questions during the rally, there will be several staff members available to assist you.

SPONSORSHIP: Our sponsorship program is an advertising promotional program.
